4QM Workshops For Teachers And Curriculum Planners

When schools switched to remote learning in the spring of 2020, 4QM Teaching switched along with them. We’ve done a series of remote workshops for teachers and teacher leaders in the Springfield Public Schools, an urban district serving a high-needs population in central Massachusetts. We’re continuing our work through the 2021-22 school year, helping the district to incorporate 4QM thinking into social studies curriculum and teaching. District Director of Humanities Tom Rachele had this to say about our online workshops: “These were  the most effective online PD sessions we’ve seen. Jon and Gary had all participants actively engaged throughout our time together; they used zoom smoothly and effectively, and teachers got a lot out of each session. This was compelling and meaningful professional development, online.”

"The break-out rooms and polling were cool, and everything went smoothly, including break-out sessions and transitioning back together. Nothing felt forced or tacked on." -Anonymous Teacher Feedback

These questions are MUCH better than the ones I've been using.
