We were recently invited to contribute an essay to The Practice Project. Organized by Robert Pondiscio at the American Enterprise Institute and ResearchED, The Practice Project is dedicated to translating evidence from cognitive science, education research, and the experience of accomplished educators into practical guidance for teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders. Other contributors include Daisy Christodoulou and Dylan William, so we’re in good company!

Our contribution was published on August 8, and it is titled “Social Studies, Meet the Science of Learning.” It’s a bit longer than our usual blog post, but we think it’s worth it!
